Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral. Fußläufig erreicht man alle Lokalitäten ohne Probleme.
Das Appartment ist sehr neu und hochwertig ausgestattet.
Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden in der Straße und den Nebenstraßen.
Das einchecken war problemlos, Antonio war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es ist nur ein kleiner Sitzbereich direkt an der Straße vorhanden.

location, pretty clean. Owner/parents of owner very friendly and eager to help. WIFI very ok.
very used sheets, the towels very used, we were able to turn on the AC only with a key inside (it seems something specific for this italian part) - but that's not the problem, the problem is that you can't stay with the AC powered on with a 1 year and a half old kid, so mostly it stayed closed and it was extremely hot. It would have been a good idea to be flexible and allow to use the AC for a couple of hours when we were not home, but the owner did not agree. The smell was very bad in the first day when we arrived, because of a neighbour's car, but we contacted the owner and he fixed the issue, we also poured some detergent daily near that car. It was a bit difficult with the trash as well because there are some specific days when the trash company takes it and it started to smell when outside there were 35-36 degrees. We contacted the owner and he came to pick it up. Overall, a bit overpriced for the service that he offers.

Appartamento nuovo,pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort per un ottimo soggiorno. L'appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia di Porto Cesareo e comodissima al centro. Il proprietario Antonio meravigliosa persona ,solare e disponibile. Sono certa che ritorneremo in questa struttura. Complimenti ancora Antonio 🔝🔝🔝

La posizione,era vicino al mare
Sicuramente ci sono delle cose che devono sistemare ad esempio il piano cottura! C’era un piano in vetro ceramica molto lento ! Dovrebbero metterlo a induzione!
Poi devono sistemare il frigo perché non chiudeva bene, era tutto storto e non raffreddava bene ! E poi viene considerato un appartamento ma è praticamente una stanza !
