Location to town

Would have appreciated curtains in bedrooms as the blinds did no keep out the light. Also foot noise from upstairs appartment

The quirky style and perfect decoration. It was a perfect apartment for 4 nights. It's a stones throw away from the harbour but on the best side as it's more residential and quiet. Easy walk to the harbour and fishmongers. Thankyou

All perfect. The parking was challenging, but I'm happy to pay on the harbour overnight.. No air conditioning as advertised, which was a shame.

Lovely, clean accommodation, looks newly refurbished. Beautiful bathroom/shower. WiFi is faster than ours at home! Well-equipped kitchen area. Even has a washing machine. Location is great - two little supermarkets within 100yds, bus stop & ferry across the river are just 2mins away. Easy walking distance to the river bridge and the main town East Looe and its nice beach. Good communication with the host (Matt) from start to finish

High quality, comfortable, clean and nicely designed.

Only improvement would be to have some outdoor space, but not a concern.

Great location, good decor. Spar and pub in the same square. Easy access to restaurants.

Parking was a slight problem, however worked out a rota with estate agent ladies.

The location was perfect and the property was small but beautiful. Very quiet and comfortable. The host was very helpful.

Some information on how to work the heating. Very little space to cook. A little expensive for the size.

Location was excellent, owner very helpful and apartment well furnished and comfortable.

Had to search for free parking but always managed to find somewhere close by.

Looe is a lovely small town. There are good places to eat and convenient shops. The view, people and weather were very nice, although it was a bit windy in the last day of our visit. However, if you like to wander around the Cornwall region and main attractions you may prefer to stay in a more central location. The apartment was decorated thoughtfully and nice. It was clean, we preferred to use the sofa bed and kids said it was comfortable. Matt, the host, was really helpful. Overall, it was a good value for the money.

The main bed might be more comfortable.

We had a lovely stay in the quaint coastal town of Looe at the Prospect house. Prospect house was conveniently central and nicely appointed and clean. We were able to do laundry. We stayed in the lower unit which was great for the two of use. It was a wonderful stay.

the property was very well located and very well proportioned for a family of 2+2. Very comfortable and everything you could possibly need.

The check in of the property was very easy, having a key safe by the front. Good location in the quieter part of town but still with in a 10 minute walk to the main shops & restaurants. The property was very clean & wonderfully furnished. There is a great pub over the road, we didn’t eat there but had lots of fun at the pub quiz & ‘Shanty’ evening’s.

Being a Family of 4 adults it was a bit awkward having to walk through the main bedroom to access the only bathroom in the property. Myself & my daughter only just managed to fit in the cabin beds, anyone over 5’5 would struggle to fit, much more suitable for children.

Great location, fantastic apartment for 2 x people. Furnished and finished to a high standard and very clean ! Very quiet and only a 10 minute stroll into the main part of the town
