The intimate residential context of only 8 units has a swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a large green area. The completely renovated apartment opens onto a welcoming living area with a view of the pool and a terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and a sun shade. The living room has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee machine, and capsule coffee machine. Relaxation corner with satellite TV, free WiFi, air conditioning, and a comfortable double sofa bed. Modern bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer available for guests. Spacious storage room with changing area and pantry.
