Apt 2 Memorial Building

Location was ideal, centre of town Facilities was well maintained and apt was clean and spacious (2 adults and a 1 year old). Little welcome basket on kitchen table for our arrival was such a sweet touch Owners facilitated us requesting an earlier check in last minute without issue. Really pleasant stay

A fabulous, peaceful escape right in the heart of Ruthin

We stayed for two nights (29–31 August) and couldn't have asked for a better spot. The location is fabulous — just a 2-minute walk from the town centre, yet the area itself is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. A church just meters away adds to the calm, with its bells ringing gently every 15 minutes from 8am to 8pm — a lovely, soothing backdrop rather than a disturbance. The apartment itself was nice and clean, spread over two floors: the bedrooms upstairs, with the bathroom, kitchen and living room on the ground floor. A great, well laid-out flat that felt like a proper home away from home. It felt like the perfect place to properly switch off, recharge, and get some genuine relaxation into the bones after a busy few weeks. Highly recommend if you're looking for somewhere central but calm.

Just a minor note — being an older building, the floors do creak a bit, so you notice some noise as you move around. Nothing that took away from the stay, just part of the building's character.

The location was perfect .

We liked the property and the hosts provided great info re local amenities but felt it lacked a few finer details that warrant the rating it has. The bathroom could benefit from a shelf for toileteries. A fan for each bedroom would be appreciated in such warm temperatures. A welcome basket with essentials and or goodies would be lovely as with similar Rated properties and would go a long way.
