The bed was enormous, and very comfortable.
The lighting in the living area wasn’t very bright, which makes doing anything in the kitchen area difficult, and the collection of crockery was strange - 14 bowls but only 3 mugs.

Beautiful cottage with the biggest and most comfortable bed I've been in. Nice kitchen. Free parking space in the heart of Cockermouth. Perfect
The only thing I'd say is some of the furniture needs an update. A lick of paint here and there would really raise the bar and a tidy if the garden area would make this little spot beyond belief

It is spacious, lots of kitchen items and cutlery.
Both bathroom and a bed room have openings to the stair case so when somebody is taking shower it causes quite a bit of noise. It may be worth installing windows to prevent it.

Had to reset boiler twice, so on 2 occasions woke up to no heating, no hot water
