Perfekt Lage in einer angenehmen Lage nahe dem Zentrum und auch der Strand an der Donau ist fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt und Wechselstube ebenfalls vor Ort. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock eines modernen Gebäudes (Aufzug vorhanden) und ist rund um die Uhr von einem Portier besetzt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit einen fixen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu reservieren was wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen würden, da die Parkplätze außerhalb sehr rar sind.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Klimaanlage und WLAN funktionierten sehr gut. Die Angaben zur Ausstattung und Einrichtung entsprechen den Tatsachen. Wir haben die Betten als sehr angenehm empfunden.
Die Anreise, Check in sowie Check out waren aufgrund der sehr guten Beschreibung seitens der Vermieterin sehr unkompliziert, danke 🤗
Wir können dieses Appartment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

Аппарат чистый и очень приятная хозяйка. Хозяйка предусмотрела все мелочи, все необходимое вы сможете найти в апартаментах.
Были оставлены четкие инструкции по заселению, есть гаражная парковка.
Спасибо было очень приятно остановиться в этом месте.
Это не минус, просто будьте готовы что за паркинг нужно платить отдельно.

Drugi put smo ovde, sto zanci da nam se sve dopalo. Najpre lokacija, 10 min od spensa, 10 min od Big Fashiona, 10 min od centra i sto je najvaznije 1 min od Bureka ispod saca :D Salu na stranu, sve super, lak dogovor sa gazdaricom, super cist i opremljen apartman, garaza, iako se dodatno doplacuje, je pogodak, tako da sve pohvale. Verujem da cemo se vratiti opet!

El trato con la anfitriona, Ljubica, fue maravilloso; es muy atenta, agradable y está pendiente de que todo esté perfecto. La comodidad del apartamento, la iluminación y el mobiliario te hacen sentir como en casa, sinceramente, volvería.
La única pega que veo es que no se puede realizar el pago con tarjeta, pero hay otras opciones.
