A very spacious apartment ...every facility and within easy reach of the centre of Rouen. It had free off-road parking and was a very good apartment for an overnight stay.
Access for the keys was quite stressful after a long journey. Communications with the host were by phone and their English was not very good. There were a series of lock- boxes and finding the keys was like a game show? There was another couple from Poland who had the same difficulty and we helped each other. The parking layout was not clear or easy and we found that I was in the spot (the spots were not obviously marked) reserved for a permanent resident who was not pleased. The one-way system around the apartment was a bit of a nightmare ...but hey...that's all part of the travelling experience ..so just a heads up.

Emplacement assez bien situé, proche de la gare et du centre-ville
L'hôte m'a communiqué un mauvais numéro de boîtier et était difficilement joignable au téléphone. Quand il a compris que l'erreur provenait de lui, il était plus aimable. Mais l'erreur et humaine, même si je m'étais trompé, il aurait pu éviter de me rabrouer.

Good location as far as train station is concerned.
Bedroom smells of damp mixed with overpowering air freshener and everything was damp. We accept the weather was unusually hot but with no key to open the downstairs door we had very little air down there.
