The apartment was clean and the room was clean. The host was ok, we interact with him only in the day of the check in. The room was looming as in the pictures.
First i would like to mention that this is a shared appartment, something that i was not expected as it is not mentioned, we was very lucky that the other room was not booked, so we stayed alone. The room that we've booked is having the bathroom on the hallway, something that we didn't know, but as we stayed alone did not bother us, however this should be mentioned, as normally i would not book it if i knew it. Also, there was an ugly smell in the living room, but only there, i think was coming from the pipes, however we was outside most of the time, so did not bother us to much!
I will choose that "the property meet my expectations", because indeed the room was clean and ok and as i said we was lucky to stay alone and the other room to don't be booked, but in my opinion is should be mentioned that is a shared appartment!

could do with a few more kitchen utensils like a wooden spoon, bottle opener, corkscrew, tin opener

Wonderful place! The owner was very accomodating and made sure to take care of us. We ended up in a difficult situation and they went a step further to help us out and help get us comfortable.
Everything was great. It was a bit loud at night from the street, but closing the windows took care of that.
