You will have half of the top floor of our large Thorndon Villa for your personal use (not shared). Your own large double bedroom, a separate lounge with sofa, smart TV and work desk, and your own bathroom with bath and shower. You can come and go as you like by using our digital lock.

Great stay. Perfect location. Uber rides were all under 10 NZ from this VRBO. Beautiful stay with lots of room. Host is great and very helpful. I would encourage others to not hesitate to ask him for local ideas. Bathroom amazing!!!! Easy parking in the heart of a city was pretty cool especially as we had several tours and had to leave our car all day. Beautiful botanical park right across the street was a great picnic spot. Internet speed was great too. Many thanks to our gracious hosts!!!

My daughters and I had a wonderful Easter based at Ross and Vickie's place. It is a beautiful comfortable historic home which met all our needs.Ross was a wonderful host, kind and attentive.We would love to stay again.
