Considering the value for money, this was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had in Bulgaria (and overall, my experiences regarding value for money in the country have been positive). Even though it is located on a very busy street—which is great if you want to pop into a supermarket late at night—it was remarkably quiet in the courtyard and especially inside. The room was well soundproofed. The amenities were overall modern, including a Smart TV that I was able to use easily and intuitively. The air conditioning worked flawlessly without making too much noise. I found it particularly delightful that very sweet cats kept me company during breakfast; they even sat on the table, and I was able to cuddle with them. The owner of the cats is apparently the operator of the restaurant directly adjoining the courtyard, and she mentioned she has nine cats. She spoke both English and German, and she even gave me a good cup of coffee for free. Parking was also relatively easy, although I cannot guarantee that this is always the case, for instance during the peak season.

This clearly illustrates that when English skills are lacking, a phone-guided check-in can be somewhat difficult. It is really only suitable for guests who speak fluent English and can intuitively guess what the host actually means despite the language barrier. Би било чудесно ако се заменят металните ограничителни колчета на паркинга с гъвкави такива:)

Superb location, very close to the beach, supermarket within the complex

The hosts were very welcoming, responsive and helpful with all questions and requests we had. We were one adult & one child in a large studio with kitchen that had everything we needed for the stay. We stayed in Kranevo for 14 days, primarily for the Ice Arena, which is very close to this accomodation (just 5-6 min walking distance) which was very convenient for our needs. The premises also have a large pool and a functional gym that we enjoyed.
Nothing very important, only a suggestion - to have mosquito nets installed on the doors. The windows have nets, just adding them to the doors as well would be superb.
