Friendly and helpful staff
Very reasonable price for the room.
Allowed takeaways as food wasn't available on the night we stayed.
There was noise from the railway close by. This is beyond the control of the hotel but double glazing might improve things

Mattress- could feel springs in my back.
Bathroom - filthy.
Dirty cups left on window sill.
Corridors / bedrooms absolutely stinks.
Very Noisy!
People in and out of exit door! “ meant to be kept shut “
1 staff member on- So no food at the venue.
