Great location for OVO Hydro event. Used the river walk to get to city centre. Clean and convenient.

Mold in both bathrooms, 3 flat pillows per bed, no light bulbs in the lights, no working bathroom extractors, no privacy because there are blind slats missing in every room, broken fan, broken furniture stored in the closets, very dirty laundry room, very loud due to first floor location, very dirty kitchen drawer beneath the oven, missing fire alarm, no welcome package.

Had to find location without help of Vrbo. Property managers responses were not overly helpful. Had to walk several blocks to find keys at lock box at busy intersection then walk back to apartment location to enter. Manager expected Me to repeat procedure to return key to remote location.

Great location with good nearby parking. The flat itself is in need of some TLC. Cupboards with handles missing, broken bathroom light switch and neither bathroom extractor fans working. If planning to cook very limited utensils and short on cups and glasses. Disappointed that pots and pans had been left dirty with old food in them and the flat itself needed a thorough clean (old opened bag of nuts in bedside draw and very dirty cutlery tray). We couldn’t use the chair in the lounge due to it being broken when we arrived. We cleaned the floor and windows ourselves on arrival as had been left very sticky. This could be a lovely flat to stay in but really needs some care and attention to detail!
