Very big apartment with everything is needed (appliances and accessories). Owners very kind and helpful. Beaches, restaurants, shops, bus stops are few minutes away. Parking spots are also available near area. 10/10!

Booked for Easter holiday to go with my family (2 adults + 3 kids). All booking process was easy and quick via booking, and first contact with the owner (Joseph), fluent and very effective. Upon arrival, we met Joseph and Censina, adorable people, who explained to us everything with loads of details and useful insights. We had very good vibe since the beginning. Flat is big, VERY CLEAN, fully equipped (even towels for the beach). Beds very comfortable. Flat is located in Marsaskala, we had rented a car which i highly recommend to move around. During our stay, we had almost daily contact with Joseph who was always very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend Joecen Apartment and will try to book again if we ever come back to Malta :-)

Great location, very close to harbour and beach. Bus stop almost outside. Loads of supermarkets nearby. Very impressed with the property and location.

Censina and Joseph met us at the airport (we hired the transfer service they offered). They were super patience with us waiting long time due to queue inside the terminal. On our way to the apartment they explained things about Malta and Marsascala, the place we stayed. They gave us a ride around to show us the bay with the restaurants and to point the supermarkets or nice places to visit. Because our other friend came late that night, they also picked her up. The apartment is huuuuge! and it has every single thing you need: towels (for the beach and shower), kitchen tools, hairdryer, umbrella for the beach, a nice patio... even a nice basket with milk, wine, biscuits and bread!! Just outside the apartment there is a bus station that takes you to the airport, valleta or other important points in the island. We rented a car with Joe´s Rent a car (that is like 15 min walk from the apartment). Moreover, Marsascala is really beatiful, there are a lof of restaurants (we are vegans and there was this great place called Foam & Fork), small supermarkets, ice cream shop (Dolce Latte with 16 vegan flavours!) and has a very vibrant energy around. During the whole stay Joseph was very attentive asking in case we needed anything. Both, Joseph and Censina were amazing and next time we are in Malta we will definetly come back to the apartment! Thank you both for everything!

The apartment is much better than the pictures. It's large, clean and very nice. It's quiet and comfortable. You'll find everything you need. The location is just perfect, the bus stop is at the door step which makes it easy to visit Malta. The beach is less than ten minutes walk and the kids loved it. There are so many convenience shops in the area opening till late. We didn't have any problem with the house so we didn't get to meet with our nice hosts more than the two times at the beginning and the end of our stay but they were asking if we needed something by msg regularly. The last but not least thing I appreciated in this lovely country is how much poeple are welcoming, helpful and genuinely kind.
