Views were spectacular ... pool was beautiful when clean ... location is very good but you need a car for shops etc. Apartment was spacious enough for 3 people.
No welcome pack of even a bottle of water in the fridge. Particularly useful if arriving late in the evening. Cleaning services or changes of bed linen / towels etc. were extra. Pool needs to be protected when there is bad weather.

The best view to Genoa port and the garden shower.
The toilet had no shower curtains. Toilet paper was not enough. It was a bit difficult to part the car and most difficult part was to unlock the gate by calling from the same mobile phone you entered while booking so make sure to enter the mobile phone number which you bring there.
