Members of my family stayed in this property for several times already. My wife stayed there just a week before me. We will stay again if it is available. It is located close to the ferry pier. So, for us it is a perfect spot to stay on our way back to our island out of season. With a rare for budget properties option of having three beds in two separate rooms the studio leaves us nothing more to wish. It is clean, well furnished and pretty well maintained. The bathroom is clean and in good shape. The owner is easy to contact. The property is on the 5th floor. So, it is lifted up from the streets.
Having a microwave would be helpful during our short stays. For some reason Greek bookings almost never have microwaves in them. A usual small oven with hotplates on the top is much less useful during one night stays.

Stayed at the property yet again. Will stay in the future if available. With tree beds in two separate rooms and close to the ferry pier it is perfect for us on our way back to our island when there is no direct ferry from Thessaloniki. The property is very clean, well maintained and furnished. The host is easy to contact. What else to wish...
A microwave would be great. A usual oven with hotplates on the top is of less use during one night stays.

Great communication we found the apartment no problem at all, it was very clean in an excellent location the only thing that let it down was the horrendous noise from a neighbouring apartment that went on from 8am to gone 1am! Radio playing very loudly, furniture being dragged around and lots of banging and this went on for the whole time we were there, for this reason I wouldn’t stay again.
