The size, layout and design of the property was amazing. So spacious and the rooftop space made it extra special. Staff were really friendly, helpful and super quick to respond. The shower was really nice and the property is in perfect location to be able to walk to most places.
Some minor issues. WiFi signal is very poor across the whole property - often had to use cellular data and the TVs kept disconnecting when using smart apps. The sink in the bathrooms doesn't have a great design which makes it hard to wash your face without spilling water because of the badly placed tap. The lighting on the rooftop could be better, at night it is difficult to see from the wall lights alone.

The room was renovated. Good amenities, including small kitchenette. Location is the biggest plus (in the middle of the historical center of Chania).
Room is small (two persons with suitcases fit with difficulty), not so well lit and air circulates with difficulty inside.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, που διευκόλυνε τόσο τη πρόσβαση σε κεντρικά σημεία, όσο και τη πρόσβαση στο λιμάνι. Καθημερινή τακτοποίηση (όχι καθάρισμα) του δωματίου, μοντέρνα διαρρύθμιση και ύπαρξη όλων των απαραίτητων συσκευών. Ησυχία σε σύγκριση με άλλα καταλύματα πιο κεντρικά.
Δεν υπήρχε επαρκής καθαριότητα του δωματίου (τρίχες και άμμος στο πάτωμα, που είναι αναμενόμενο να υπάρχουν μετά από μπάνιο σε παραλία όσο προσεκτικός κι αν είναι κανείς), αρκετή υγρασία στο δωμάτιο στο μέρος του μπάνιου και του κρεβατιού (υπήρχε αφυγραντηρας μεταξύ κρεβατιού και μπάνιου, ωστόσο καθώς έχω άσθμα με ζορίστηκα κατά τη διάρκεια του ύπνου).
