The location is in the quiet spot yet near to the center
The apartment is spacious, beds are comfy, the kitchen is functional
The food in the restaurant is super delicious!
The staff is extra kind and welcoming
We were here multiple times, since we prefer the location and the food, but there are a few things worth mentioning for the first timers:
Although the water in the pool is warm, the spa is ice cold during the day. So when you get out of the pool, you can not stay in the spa, especially if you are with kids. It's freezing.
The sauna and steem bath open only after 5pm...its warmer to go to the spa in the afternoon...
It's not super clean...the drawers are full of previous guests leftovers, the pillows and covers need attention as well. For 5 days of our stay-no maid visits. So if you are staying longer-bring cleaning gear, you'll need it.
You have the fridge, but no freezer
The closets are broken
The kitchen is equipt, but you should bring some of your utensils such as cutting knife or kitchen clots, or bottle opener...
There is no place to put wet clothes (snow and spa clothes) to dry, the radiator in the bathroom is barely mild

An excellent location for long morning walks through the Zlatibor fields. You can reach the center with a leisurely 15-minute walk, but who needs downtown Zlatibor when you’re surrounded by such wonderful nature right by the apartments… The apartment is spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable. The friendly staff warmly helped us with all the questions we had. In the evenings, we went to the spa center and relaxed in the Finnish sauna and steam room. A perfectly spent weekend and an escape from the city crowds into the heart of Zlatibor…

The apartment is lovely, everything is new and in good condition. The bed is very comfortable, the view is really nice and the street is quiet. The TV has HBO and adult channels. The shower is great. The staff was very helpful and nice.
The apartment is on a third floor without lift and the spa was not great. The pool was cold, the jacuzzi was not in function, and the wet sauna was out of order one day.

Location (far from all the noise, beautiful surroundings). Beautiful apartment at first until you don’t start using it…
- very very small bedrooms
- no space for huge winter coats (?)
- limited kitchen utensils
- damaged tap in the bathroom
- windows can’t be closed properly
- very very slippery tiles in the hallways of the hotel
- big hole in the swimming pool, my husband nearly broken his foot…
- very overpriced restaurant with not that great food.
We were constantly asking the same question: who was the designer of this place, as this hotel could be something very very amazing, but the wrong design decisions are making this place very basic and not practical .
