The beds were super comfy
It would have been nice if there was a hoover or a sweeping brush.
There wasn’t any where to hang my kids washing.
The signal on the tv didn’t work and the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly.

Property was beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds were really comfortable. The hot tub was crystal clear on our arrival day and we really enjoyed using it. There was so much storage space to keep the place tidy and it was great having so much seating ie the sofas, dining table and breakfast bar. An air fryer was provided which was so handy to have as the oven wasn’t very fast at cooking. The property is near Nelson’s in the park, a lovely cafe, the cafe at Eshott airfield is also very close and it was great to watch the planes take off, we also visited Alnwick gardens which was only 10 mins away and there were lots of shops in Alnwick to keep us stocked up.
WiFi was terrible, struggled to watch Netflix etc kids couldn’t get on iPads
No extra bin bags
No kitchen roll
No hoover or brush for the carpets
No parasol for the hot tub (despite a parasol showing in the pictures) and it was raining when we were there

Caravan was immaculate. Everything we needed. Bed was very comfy. Shower was very easy to work and plenty hot water. Amazing hot tub. Very private area on a big park.
