+ Vermieter ist sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hat auch sehr schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Top Service!
+ Der Zugang zum Apartment war unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist praktisch eingerichtet und hat soweit alles, was man benötigt.
+ Es gibt zum Apartment einen gesicherten Parkplatz, den wir dank vorheriger Reservierung auch problemlos nutzen konnten

Die Lage Ist hervorragend, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Blauen Wunders sowie nahverkehrstechnisch mit dem Bus- und Bahnhaltepunkt Schillerplatz super als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung geeignet. Zum abendlichen Ausklingen ist ein Besuch der Lokalitäten Schillergarten auf der Blasewitzer Seite des Blauen Wunders bzw. des Elbegartens oder des Körnergartens auf der Loschwitzer Seite empfehlenswert

-fast and efficient way of communication with the owner, from booking to check-out,
-lovely location, on the Laba River, quiet apartment (except for the street tram, which you can hear)
-clean room
-close to the centre of Dresden (Zwinger, Semperoper, Altmarkt, Neumarkt, etc.)
-very close to very good a restaurant, beer garden, ice cream am SchillerGarten, close to shops like Edeka
-good starting point for seesighting of Schloss and Park Pillnitz, Meissen, etc.
-very weak wifi signal (basically impossible to use)
-it is not mobility accessible room (as it is presented on booking.com); the room is not adapted for people with disabilities (entrance to the kitchen space and bathroom ca. < 55 cm; moreover, there is a radiator behind the bathroom door so the door does not open fully; no handles in the bathroom, no possibility to drive a wheelchair or rollator into the bathroom), no possibility to use the mirror in the bathroom - too high for people in wheelchairs, no space in the bathroom for assistant to help a disabled person
-to recover the city tax collected, the need to fill out documents; in other hotels, it is enough to show the relevant documents and the amount of city tax is not charged
