Nestled in Sugar Mountain, this charming condo for $168 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Blue Ridge Postcard View is a deluxe 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, West facing condo at The Reserve at Sugar Mountain with beautiful long range, layered mountain views at 5200 ft. elevation. It is close to all that the High Country area offers, such as skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, hiking, waterfalls, whitewater rafting, golfing, tennis, wineries, fine local restaurants, and of course, the Blue Ridge Parkway! A few minutes drive gets you to any of the area attractions such as Grandfather Mountain, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Linville Falls, Tweetsie Railroad, etc. Enjoy a morning with coffee or an evening sunset on the 300 square foot deck with a 180 degree mountain view, The main living area has a million dollar view to the west, widescreen TV, a table that seats six, a bar with barstools, and a bistro table with two barstools as well. The master bedroom has amazing views from the king size bed. There is a wide screen TV, access to the deck, a jetted jacuzzi tub in the spacious bathroom, as well as a tiled, oversized shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and shares a full bath with the living area. The condo has a washer and dryer, WiFi, cable, and a gourmet kitchen with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Due to elevation, the average temperature is 20 -25 degrees cooler than the Charlotte/ATL/Eastern NC areas, and approximately 10 degrees cooler than other “mountain towns” due to the high elevation. Because of this, it is required during the winter months that you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to snow and/or ice. There is no refund for not being able to reach the condo due to weather conditions.

We loved our stay at Dean's place! So cozy! The house was immaculate and decorated so cute! The view was spectacular! The beds were comfy and the fireplace added extra coziness and warmth! The kitchen and bathrms. were fully equipped and updated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again sometime! :)

Dean is great to work with. Condo is always clean and everything works as it should, which doesn’t always happen with other rental companies. Great instructions and communications. View is fabulous. Our second stay, but the weather cooperated this time. Will stay again for sure. Location very convenient to hikes and wineries.

My friend and I were extremely happy with our stay! Dean has done a great job in all the little details and we liked how the condo is decorated...so many mountain touches! The back deck provides a spectacular view of those gorgeous mountain ranges, and we had a front row-seat to a beautiful sunset. The beds were really comfy, and the unit was so clean. Coming back in the late aftenoon October weather and turning on the fireplace....awesome! Definitely want to return...thanks, Dean!

Dean went above and beyond answering our questions. Pretty much everything you could possibly need to enjoy a relaxing stay was available. You can tell Dean put a lot of thought into outfitting the place to ensure his guests were able to relax and be stress-free. The views from the back deck are phenomenal, as well.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains and the peaceful quiet of the neighborhood. The condo was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Dean was helpful and responsive. We would definitely love to come back.

The unit is very nice and very well stocked. The furniture is comfortable and up to date. The views from both the great room and the master bedroom are spectacular. The TV setup is very good with cable and the easy ability to log onto your video services such as YouTube TV. In addition, if you like to watch movies on DVD, Dean must have 200 or so that are almost new. Each bedroom plus the great room are set up with a smart TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has all the essentials we needed for our stay. Dean was very good in communicating both before and during our stay. We plan on staying here again in the future.

We stayed for a long weekend family ski trip. Property was clean, in great condition and well furnished/stocked. Convenient location and amazing views off the back porch. Entry is down 1 level from ground, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

We had a great time staying at this condo for a quick family ski trip this weekend. The condo was very clean and accommodating. The beds were comfy. Linens and extra blankets were a huge plus. The kitchen was very well appointed. The condo is centrally located near all the attractions with Sugar Mountain within 2 miles going back roads. The view is spectacular from the balcony. Our host was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Definitely will stay here again!

We have just returned from a wonderful three day visit to Sugar Mountain. As a family we have had many trips up to Sugar over many many years. No where we have ever stayed compares to this. The owners attention to detail was unbelievable.. Beautiful unit with great views!

This property has some of the best views in/around sugar mountain. The interior was impeccably clean and the interior design was something you would find in a high country custom home located in a private residence. Highly recommended to visit with friends and family. Location is in close proximity to sugar/beech/ grandfather mountain and downtown banner elk.

This was our second trip staying in the condo. I didn't think it could have been better than last time, and it was! The condo was well-equipped and the sheets were so soft. We had a wonderful stay at “ postcard view” condo. The furnishings Were beautiful and we had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were excellent and so were the bathrooms. I would recommend this lovely condo to most everyone except those Who have trouble with steps. There are two sets of steps to get down to the condo which means two sets of steps to get back up. Other than that, this vacation rental is perfect.
