The location was perfect, right in the centre. Free parking is available, but a little difficult to find. Luca is very helpful and available any time by text.
Only 1 coffee each for 2 days and no sugar. Not a complaint, but would have also liked some sugar.

Very nice and cozy place, hosts are super friendly, very warm welcome. Perfect location in Piombino, steps from cafes, restaurants and the bus stop. Luca was very helpful and quick in his response. The room is spacious and decorated with lots of care and details. I will definitely come back!

Breakfast was closeby and fine. The place was very clean.
It was not clear on the site that there was a common area with three bedrooms. So we were essentially renting a bedroom and bath only privately. Also, there was no place to put luggage in the room. We had to leave luggage on the floor and on the only small table in the room. We could not get the coffee maker or kettle to work plus there was not enough coffee, creamer, or sugar for two people. No one serviced the room while we were there. We only had two towels and wash cloths for a 3 day stay. One of the MAIN things is that there was no A/C as was listed on the amenities!!! We booked it with that consideration. This MUST be changed on the Booking.com.
