I loved the place.
I booked it because it would be convenient for a late flight in to Corfu and to later collect a car from the airport before we went to our next destination. However, we had a big suitcase and that is a terrible road to drag a suitcase along. No fault of the house's obviously, but just be aware of it if you are lugging a 26kg bag as I was. Footpaths don't exist, or when they randomly appear for 70 metres they have huge kerbs, before they disappear again and you are back walking in the road amidst the cars. (This is in the city, this isn't some rural lane in the middle of nowhere. I would have gotten a taxi if I had realised how bad the situation was with regards to foot paths.)
The house has a feeling of space, there is a lovely terrace to sit in. The fixtures were good and the bed comfortable. Wi-Fi was excellent and the air conditioning efficient. the bed was comfortable.
I really couldn't fault the place.
The apartment is cheap for Corfu Town, but that comes at the cost of being a decent walk from the town centre. If you don't want to walk much, this isn't the house for you, but you will pay more for accommodation closer in. I like walking, so the location to price trade off wasn't an issue for me
Apart from location, which I was fully aware of when booking, it was a lovely experience .

Excellent small, well equipped apartment with the use of the terrace. Close to supermarket, Green bus station and bus stop.

Host provided clear instructions for self check in. Kitchen and whole apartment was very well appointed (there was an iron, kettle, lots of dishes, hair dryer, a first aid kit etc) We stayed one night before our early flight and chose location based on proximity to airport. Restaurants & a grocery store within walking distance. Beautiful terrace with nice view. Host even arranged transportation to the airport for us.
If are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as you can hear the airplanes flying over head.
