Nice place to stay

Nice, clean stay in a fantastic location.

The location was great for us and we were so grateful to be directed to the car park a few minutes walk away. It was easy to get into with the key code. It had all the essentials that we needed for a short stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for 2 people although I think more than 2 people may struggle due to the layout and stairs. There is a coffee shop opposite and it is a very short walk down to the main square.

As in other reviews, the stairs could be an issue for some people. There is a sofa bed in the lounge but if this is used as a bedroom you would have to walk through it to get to the bathroom, which may affect privacy. There are stairs from the bedroom down into the lounge so if you need the toilet in the middle of the night be careful not to fall down them. The kitchen is also directly off the bedroom. It is a slightly strange layout but it was perfectly clean and comfortable and good value for us.

Super great accomodation for staying in Caltagirone.

Apartments are great, spacious, clean, and comfortable! And in a great atmospheric location. Luigi is great host, very friendly and helpful. There is a free parking space in roughly 100 meters, that is very convenient. Caltagirone is a very nice town, we could spend 2 days there, but we had only one.

Wonderful place to stay in Caltagirone!

Tasteful interior, well equipped kitchen: even wine glasses were available! Quiet location.

We understand the legal requirement to register overnight guests, but we are not happy with sending digital copies of ID cards.

Purtroppo non viene menzionato nella presentazione della struttura che l'accesso è fatto da una ripidissima e stretta scala, con valigie e borse è improbo e anche pericoloso sia a salire che a scendere.
