Pismo State Beach, Pismo Pier, downtown restaurants, shops and entertainment all adjacent to the gated condo complex. The living room includes fireplace, wireless internet and a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player. Gourmet Kitchen. Dining room seats 8. Washer/dryer. Three bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs, with the half bath located downstairs. Primary has a king size bed, in suite bath and balcony with spectacular ocean views. Second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. Large deck with gas BBQ and patio furniture w/ umbrella. Fully furnished with all amenities. 1 Carport parking space. Only Available Saturday-Saturday During Summer, Holidays, and Events. Due to HOA Restrictions, the rental must be rented for no less than 7-nights at any time. This property does not have air conditioning. Security cameras may be present at the front door or in the complex.

1st time staying, enjoyed ourselves. Condo was well equipped in the kitchen. Deck was very nice. Would have to say metal bunk was noisy, would suggest sturdier bunk beds, worked great for the grandkids. Nice clean and good sofa sitting area.Kinda of wished there was a second TV in master room. But definitely planning another trip. Thank you for sharing your rental with us.

This was a wonderful location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every day for meals and cocktails. Quick access to the beach. Easy keyless entry to the unit. Appreciated they had a Keurig as well as usual coffeemaker. Did have an issue with the lower bunk bed: it squeaked every time you rolled over, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Would recommend this unit, but hopefully the squeaky bed issue will be addressed. Overall great stay!

the deck is right on the beach with large sliding glass door to open and enjoy the view. the property is just down the alley to Splash, Brads, Cool Cats, Harry's etc. walk out the gate to the promenade and the pier. everything is very close. food, shopping or just taking a stroll. up stairs are the three bedrooms/2 bath. master suite has sliding glass door with an awesome view of the beach and pier. place is outdated but the owners are planning a renovation next year. can't wait to go back.

The weather was great all week. Enjoyed seating on the deck reading a good book. The only problem with the condo was the sliding glass door leading to the deck. Very difficult to open. Needs to be repaired.

We love Pismo Shores! I've been staying here since I was 5 and now my kids get to stay here as well. You can't beat the complex, pool/spa, beach access and ocean views. I think the unit could be a tad cleaner though. It was pretty dirty under the couch and the big rugs. And I have to wonder if the comforters/bed spreads are washed after each stay. They just felt dirty. Other than that, we love it here.

Condo was very nice and the location was great. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. Living and dining furniture worked well for 4 adults and 3 kids. All 3 bedrooms had good closet space and dressers. The only thing that would prevent me from giving this property a 5-star rating is the mattresses were not the best. Bathrooms only had showers, no tubs, but we managed in keeping the kids clean! The pool area is super nice. Overall, a great place to vacation. We have rented again for 2022.

Just to be clear, I have no personal connections to anyone related to the rental or ownership of this unit.Seven of us, three eight-and-under boys and four adults, stayed in a three-bedroom unit. Within the first hour, we were all saying what a great place we had. The feeling lasted all week. The rental staff was very accommodating for our staggered arrivals; they managed the entry codes properly so that our first group got them when they needed them. As a matter of fact, from the day I decided to rent the place, the rental staff was polite, helpful, and attentive. In the unit, we had plenty of room. The unit was outfitted with nearly every cookware item you could think of. All of the kitchen appliances were clean and in good working order. The laundry appliances were clean, quiet, efficient, and handy. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. Bathroom linens were plentiful; bedroom linens were fine. Beds were fine, too.The access to the beach was through the parking lot--that turned out to be a big bonus for keeping sand out of the unit. The rinse hose at the front door helped, too.A delightful place and a wonderful experience.

Our condo was lovely. It was clean and updated and had some little extras such as a Keurig coffee maker with a starter supply of pods, but we did miss an ice maker. It was in a great location- close to the beach and town. In addition, the management company was very helpful.

We've rented various condo's in Pismo Shores for 26 years. Condo #133 was our favorite for 20 of them. The location is great, but the interior of the condo is definitely a disappointment. Most of the condo's have been updated through the years,but not this could be so lovely with some Tender Loving Care.The owners have a gem there, but are letting it deteriorate . I hope they read this and take some action.Our family has so many good memories attached to this place. We are crossing our fingers and hoping for the best for #133.

The condo is located overlooking the beach with it’s own beach access. It is in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Pismo. It was clean and well stocked for our stay. We had a total of 8 people in our party and the condo was very comfortable for our group.
