Nestled in South Pasadena, this attractive house for $354 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This is a beautiful single level bayside home with breath taking views of the water and private pool. This home features a private front courtyard, expansive lanai, outdoor dining area, pool with spa and dock access. That is only the outside of the home! Inside you will find open concept living with amazing natural light and water views. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Paddle boards are available for use with this home. Take a peaceful paddle down the intracoastal and you are sure to find amazing bird life and even dolphins that visit the neighbors! The beach is a short drive away. Tampa Bay is a family friendly community with many great activities for kids and the family. Get ready to melt your stress away .

We were so pleased when we first saw the property-it was spotless, updated and well maintained inside and out. The pictures don’t do it justice. All ages loved the pool and spa and we saw dolphins just off the end of the dock.
The owners were very responsive to our queries.
We can’t wait to return in the fall!

Can’t thank Noel (host) enough for sharing her beautiful home with us. The weather was colder than anticipated and we were working, but that didn’t matter as we were very comfortable in the house. Simply put - our stay was perfect.

Only challenge was TV, but everything was in good order. Owner/manager easy to work with. Had to leave early so lost out on half the cost. They offered to rebook another time but it is filled up.

We loved our time at this home. Staying on the canal was perfect for us. We brought our jetskis with us and we were on the water daily since the boat dock also has jetski ports. From the dock, we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and visits from resident dolphins. The location of the home was close to everything. We can't wait to go back!

We've been visiting Florida for nearly 20 yrs, staying in Villas every time so have experience and can say that our stay at this Villa was lovely, ideally located to the Beach and Downtown St Pete, plus a wide canal/bay if watersports are your thing, especially with the paddle boards included with the booking. Villa was lovely, clean, spacious and with all the amenities you would need. Noel was very attentive and caring about our stay. Highly recommend.

This home was better than we expected! From our first steps in the door we were smiling! The greatroom is huge and decorated very nicely. The kitchen is not large, but perfect for the 2 of us. Plenty of room for entertaining with the large dining table, the breakfast nook table and the patio table. The master bedroom is huge! Both bathrooms were recently renovated and look great! The other bedrooms are both good size. The backyard is great! A full size pool with incredible views and sunsets. There is a decent size lawn on the side of the house for our dog to use. Wonderful neighborhood to take walks in and close drive to Treasure Island (5 min) and St. Pete Beach (10-15 min). Grocery stores etc all within 5-10 min. Noel was very quick to respond to questions. We have already booked for next spring!

What will impress you immediately is the stunning location and views from the house and patio. Not only do they have an amazing water view and amenities to fit but the gorgeous birds
The house is very comfortable and roomy and occasional porpoises swimming by add to the beauty, All the rooms are large and have everything you need. While the house is an older one, everything works. The house came equipped with everything you will need, plenty of towels, sheets, bath and kitchen supplies, and even lots of spices in the cabinet.
The owner is readily available to respond to a renter's questions of how to do something.
The pool is gorgeous and heate4d. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. Two of our adult children visited us for a few days and did not want to leave.
If you stay here don't miss dining at a wonderful restaurant at the beach, just a few miles away called Verducci's. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets and restaurants just minutes away. this is an ideal spot for a vacation.

Ideal floor plan for entertaining; nice big open area family room that opens to covered sundeck and pool area and galley style kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very private. It's not over the top with amenities but certainly has everything you need. Nice cold AC, good appliance package, bathrooms look to be original but I think they are going to be renovated this fall. When renting ask for a crash course on the pool mechanics if you are not familiar. You are a very short ride to restaurants, grocery, and beaches. The neighborhood is very friendly and great to walk around for exercise. We used the paddle boards almost daily and even got to paddle with the dolphins! Plenty of fish & crabs to catch from the dock. Most days it was hard to leave the pool to go to the beach. Floating in the bay was also nice!

A treasure in Treasure Island
My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for over a month. It's in a fantastic friendly neighborhood, with a wonderful backyard overlooking the bay. The house is lovely, lots of windows and light! We were not only comfortable in this house but cozy. Dealing with Noel was a breeze, she was attentive to questions that we had and proactive in making our stay very pleasant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolute paradise!
The property was incredible...the inside was spacious and very nice. The three bedrooms allowed us to have family visit during Christmas week (we rented the property for five weeks).
But what makes this property a dream is the outside. The outdoor living space is paradise. The pool is huge and heated....and the spa is pure luxury. The large dock is great for relaxing, reading, and our favorite....fishing! We love to fish, and for those who do as well, this property is a great find. Off the dock, we caught: Lady fish, pin fish, black drum, sheepshead, weakfish, and spotted trout. We also bought a few crab traps and caught Stone Crab and Flordia Blue Crab.
The neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk through with all the gorgeous houses.
Noel was extremely responsive, thorough in her communications, and very friendly.
We highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning someday soon.
