Our apartment 'Joyful' is a combination of pleasing colors and a delicate attention to detail in every corner that will let you experience the magic of an eclectic space in the heart of St Petersburg. With the beautiful sand beaches 4 minutes away driving, you can feel the breeze as soon as you step outside. You also can try St Petersburg’s diverse restaurant scene and visit the museums displaying art permanent collections and traveling exhibits. As you walk into this glamorous apartment you will feel how this carefully designed space lives up to it’s name. An open layout of about 800 square feet, fully equipped kitchen offers Italian cabinetry, Quartz countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, convection oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a Keurig with reusable pots to enjoy coffee, toaster and a small blender. For the cooking pioneer, there is a charming nook section to serve your food, hang out with full privacy, or do some work for any business traveler. The living room area is carefully decorated to make you feel at home with unique lighting and includes hand-picked artwork that will bring the place to life as you watch your favorite streaming platform on the 50” smart TV’s. As you enter the rooms you will feel the overall warmth and charm and will enjoy luxurious organic cotton sheets, soft & firm pillows and the most comfortable memory foam Tuft and Needle mattress to ensure a good night sleep. The rooms are equipped with 37” smart TV’s. A beautiful modern bathroom with a bathtub. Toiletries are provided for your convenience should you need them. The unit is equipped with a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience, a back common area with surrounding landscape and stainless steel BBQ. Two assigned off street parking spaces. All this and just a few minutes away from the beach and downtown St. Pete!

This was a great little place, just about a 5-10 minute drive from St. Pete Beach. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and a Publix grocery store just around the corner. The apartment was clean and the we loved the whole style and vibe. The only suggestion I'd have is to stock more bath and beach towels. We were a family of 4 there for about a week and had exactly 4 towels of each kind so we did quite a bit of laundry. Other than that, it was a great little getaway!

Clean, quiet, bright, comfortable, well- supplied apartment was everything we needed for our month-long stay! The hosts were delightful —responsive, friendly, accommodating, gracious! The yard was spacious, pretty, and quiet — a perfect place for grilling, relaxing, and dining outdoors. The location allowed us to easily get to beaches, shops, museums, downtown, and great restaurants! The free sunrunner bus stopped a block away. Bedrooms were comfortable and had everything we needed—great closet space, TV’s, and ample bed linens. And there was a washer-dryer to boot! It was a perfectly great stay at Joyful! We will be back again! Thank you, Natalia & Yuri!

Great location and absolutely beautiful space. Definitely an ideal home away from home. Would highly recommend due to the proximity to the beach, amenities, and price.

This is one of the best rent apartments experiences we have had. The apartment is fully renovated and equipped with all you need. If you want to cook there is everything you need. If you only want to have coffee the owners have 2 coffee machines. The bathroom is comfortable and functional with 2 sinks, and the best part is that it’s super clean and neat. We enjoyed a lot our stay and we would definitely recommend the place.

We stayed here for a friends birthday weekend away and it was great. Very close to the beaches and a lot of great restaurants! It was a easy booking and check in/out process and the property manager was easy to talk to and quick to respond. I highly Recommend staying here for short term or long term stays!
