estaba limpio, bastate tranquilo, el staff fue bastante amable y las areas comunes eran comodas, me gusto que desde nuestro cuarto no escuchabamos mucho ruido lo que nos permitio decansar bien y nos agrado que nos ofrecieran el servicio de lavanderia, el lugar esta cerca del metro y perfectamente pudimos caminar hasta roma norte, el barrio es tranquilo y hay muchos lugares donde comer cerca
el cuarto se sentia un poco sofocado, fuimos en temporada de lluvias asi que creemos que es por eso, solo habia u ventilador cosa que para el tamaño del cuarto ciento que es queda corto, no lo usamos mucho pq por las lluvias hacia un poco de frio pero se en epoca de calor se me hizo poco, no teniamos tapete para el baño y pusimos una toalla en el suelo el tapete lo pusieron hasta el ultimo dia

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location is perfect for a short stay in Mexico City. The terrace is a great place to relax, and the overall atmosphere has a very welcoming and enjoyable vibe.
The only minor downside was that it got quite warm in the room and there was no air conditioning. However, this is fairly common in many hotels in Mexico City since the climate is usually mild, so I wouldn't consider it a significant issue or a negative reflection on the hotel itself

Location was good - in a quiet, safe neighborhood with cute coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was a decent size and bed was comfortable and clean. Wifi was strong and consistent.
There was a terrible sewage smell coming from the toilet during the entirety of my stay. The door to the bathroom isn't a real door either, it's open on the top and bottom, so I couldn't even close the door to contain the stench. Every time I'd come back to the room it would reek. The staff are fine, but definitely do not go out of their way whatsoever to help you. For as much as the cleaning lady is there cleaning the place is all a bit dirty. The room had marks all over the walls and ceilings, stains all over the chair, was generally just a bit run down and gross.
