I loved EVERYTHING about it. I always come back to Escajal because honestly it’s my home away from home. The staff is super responsive and kind. Norma, one of the cleaning ladies is amazing and goes above and beyond. The cleanliness is impeccable. I’m super picky about things being clean so it means a lot to me. In the Double Suite Plus rooms, the amenities are great and the rooms are well equipped. The rooms are super comfy overall and there is a great set up for working. The windows open and the shades work really well. Not all of the rooms have these features, so it depends on what you need/prefer. None of the rooms have air conditioning but have fans, so wear loose/light pajamas and shorts to lounge in. There’s an OXXO on the corner. The location is obviously great. What else could you need.
The sheets (excluding the pillowcases, they are new) and towels could use replacing altogether — they’re well washed, just a little worn. But knowing they are clean (I can tell) I don’t mind using worn items! After all, it is a hotel, things get used overtime.

Excelente ubicación, muy buen precio, amenidades como una cocina disponible, terraza, cafe todo el dia. El lugar está impecable y la atención también.
No encuentro nada que criticar, ya es la segunda vez que voy y siempre muy bien.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy atento. El espacio es bonito, se ve nuevo y las instalaciones en general son agradables. Tienen agua y café y una sala de estar muy acogedora.
Hubieron dos aspectos que afectaron bastante mi estancia.
El primero es el aislamiento acústico. Se escucha claramente el ruido de la habitación de arriba, incluso las pisadas normales de los huéspedes. No se trataba de personas haciendo fiestas o generando ruido excesivo; son los sonidos cotidianos los que se transmiten con mucha facilidad, por lo que considero que la insonorización de las habitaciones es deficiente. Para alguien que busca descansar o necesita silencio para dormir, es un aspecto importante. La solución que me dieron fueron unos tapones para oídos, el personal fue muy amable y buscó apoyar en el tema pero el problema es estructural así que creo que para quien requiere silencio para dormir debe tomarlo en consideración.
El segundo es la falta de limpieza de la habitación durante la estancia. No se realizó servicio de limpieza, algo que personalmente valoro y que esperaba encontrar al hospedarme en un establecimiento de este tipo.
En general, el alojamiento tiene aspectos positivos, especialmente la apariencia y el estado de sus espacios, y la atención del personal fue amable. Sin embargo, en mi caso, la falta de insonorización y de limpieza de la habitación afectaron considerablemente la comodidad de la estancia.
