About this house rental
Our modern little cottage is the perfect getaway spot whether it is for a day, week or month. Being a brand new construction it is up to date on all amenities and you will find yourself very cozy and comfortable! As well as in a great location.
The space
Guests have access to the whole house. Upstairs roof top and owners private basketball court. We have a separate fenced and gated yard if you are travelling with your dogs. EV charger available upon request for a small fee. Very centrally located to everything. East-side and 20 minutes from down town Seattle. Excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage and appreciated how accommodating the space was for our fur babies. The host was also very welcoming, friendly and responsive. Would stay there again!

We stayed here for two nights (Friday–Sunday) with three adults and a dog. Overall, the stay was okay, but it was quite different from what we expected and there some things we wanted to point out.Guests should know this is not as private as the listing may suggest. We regularly heard noise from downstairs, and the neighboring house is very close. The property also sits right off the highway, so traffic noise was noticeable at night.The basketball court was a highlight, and our dog enjoyed the fenced dog area. However, comfort was our biggest concern. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and everyone woke up with sore necks. The upstairs also stayed pretty cold despite repeated attempts to increase temperature.A few amenities fell short. We could not locate extra blankets despite being told they were available. The rooftop balcony was especially disappointing. It appeared unfinished, with a sunken roof area, broken stairs, an abandoned-looking fireplace, and minimal furniture. It felt more like a storage space than a usable outdoor area.The property overall felt somewhat under construction, with damaged fixtures and unfinished-looking details throughout. Parking can also be difficult, particularly for larger vehicles.While the basketball court and dog-friendly features were appreciated, guests looking for a quiet private stay may want to consider elsewhere.
