Een heerlijk ontbijt en een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor de kamer. Een kleine kamer, maar sfeervol. Fijn dat er ook een goed restaurant bij zit.
Ik vond het vooral tegenvallen dat het hotel direct aan de snelweg lag. Even rustig wandelen zit er dan (voor mij) niet echt bij. Maar dat had ik zelf mogelijk ook kunnen zien van tevoren. Ook vond ik het restaurant redelijk prijzig (€50= voor een hoofdgerecht, bijgerecht, 3 oesters en 1 glas wijn). De oesters waren matig. Hoofdgerecht (gebakken zalm) was heerlijk, zeer groot portie. Geroosterde bloemkool ook heerlijk.
Ik heb lekker geslapen, wel werd ik sochtends gewekt door de wekker van iemand die een aantal kamers verderop sliep.

Ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd. Op maat en heel compleet. Bediening was vriendelijk en attent.
Op sommige plekken was het wat rommelig en niet opgeruimd. Met name in de gang naar de kamers toe en in de tuin.

The breakfast was quite good. It depended from the servants, one servant presented a good breakfast another one was not so good. At the beginning the room was very clean and all worked fine. However, during our stay the room was NOT cleaned and the beds were NOT made. Towels were replaced by clean ones daily.
This "bread and breakfast facility" (so they called themselves) was OK for ONE or maximum TWO nights. Not suitable for longer stays! Very good starting point for bicycle tours!
The room was very small. There was not even place for drawers, we had to live "out of our suit cases". No place for a table, only one uncomfortable chair for a room of two persons. There was, however a sort of living room available for all rooms at the basement. This "living room" had a comfortable table, a small kitchen, television, etc. But, as it was open to everyone, if a couple was looking television, the others had to support the noise.
