Beautiful, comfortable villa "Le'Mar." Quiet, sunny location, 2 km from the sea, facing south. For private use: property, well-maintained garden, rectangular, heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 135 cm deep, Apr. 1–Nov. 1) with internal steps. Terrace, patio furniture, barbecue. Internet access. Parking by the house on the property. Grocery store 300 m, restaurant 300 m, pebble beach 2 km, rocky beach 2 km, swimming cove 2 km. The swimming pool can be heated (extra charge, payable on site: EUR 110/week). Charging station for electric vehicles, 2.5 kW (free from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; exceptionally also from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
Sailing trips (10 m in length) with the owner are available upon request (extra charge). Amenities: Washing machine, safe, mosquito net, crib. Internet (free Wi-Fi, wireless LAN). Distant ocean view.

Super schönes Haus in absoluter Ruhe. Vermieter war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit , und immer zu erreichen.

Das Haus ist genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Natasha und Dodu sind tolle Gastgeber, die sich um alle Belange kümmern. (Sogar um einen Zahnarzt 😉) Alles Tip Top. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schönes, ganz neues und hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Viele schöne Strände sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Natasha und Dudo sind supernette und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
