Home sits on quiet hill with East, West and South Mountain views on the North Side of Catalina Mountains foothills, 22 miles North from downtown Tucson, off Oracle Rd near Oro Valley. The property was fresh and pleasant. Very clean with nice furniture. The owner had different appliances too choose from; type of coffee maker for instance. They were quick to respond to questions. Parking in a garage was an unexpected convenience. It was a safe, fun place. I would return every year if I could.

I booked for 28 days and vacationed with my cats. We loved the duplex and the cat's appreciated having windows to look out. I brought one of their smaller condos and set it in front of the window, which made them so happy! The home is next to a wild area so we did a lot of birding. I'd stay there again.

This was the absolute best VRBO we have ever stayed at! It was super quiet and very comfortable. Kathleen was a super host explaining everything. It was extremely clean and had everything we wanted. The fully equipt back yard had everything. The views of Mt Lemon and mountains set up for gorgeous sunsets. It is very convenient to all shopping and great restaurants. Don't miss Licks Icecream and Catalina Craft Pizza-top notch! This VRBO deserves 6 stars!
