We chose this place because the price was good. Having done plenty of Verbo and similar before, we didn't expect much because you get what you pay for. Well this place was a pleasant surprise. First the host was amazing. Very quick to respond and never Intrusive. There are 3 units on this property, each with bigger yards than advertised and plenty of privacy from each other. Ours was around back and it was pretty cool. I LOVE spiral staircases and they have one! This place is 'quirky' and personally, the quirkier, the better. Meaning its slightly unconventional and far from boring! The staircase is on the outside to get to the main part. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Downstairs is the outdoor living and an extra room! It has a desk, dresser, nicer sofa bed and big t.v. It also leads to the washer and dryer dedicated to just that unit! All three units have a private washer and dryer. Yay! Upstairs has a great crossbreeze, plenty of sunlight, privacy and closet space. A small balcony for pets or just taking it all in. And the bed is like a marshmallow. And security cameras on property! Bonus!Sorry for the novel. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

We liked the quiet space and having two floors to spread out. Location was close to every place we wanted to go. Comfortable bed. Good view.

Had everything we needed but a bit inconvenient - multiple gates, codes, lockboxes. Getting luggage up the spiral staircase, no bathroom downstairs.
