It’s in the woods but walkable to a great restaurant. It felt cosy and warm and we slept very well.

Excellent location, hosts were available if needed. Overall would recommend.
Bathroom could do with some TLC i.e. sink very slow to drain, toilet roll holder & towel holder need replaced. Minor issues.

Location is great. Pigeon Brae is one of the most peaceful places we have stayed in. Great kitchen for making meals everything is there. We didn't cook as we were at a agricultural show and too tired to cook. Shower plenty of hot water and apartment toasty warm and hot radiators to dry any wet clothes if caught out in the rain. Pet friendly 100 per cent, we had our two doggys with us. Plenty of space, easy to do early and late pee, poo walks. Great doggy walks nearby, Lisnarick community trail, castle archdale, Necarne estate just a few to mention. Molly's and Mahons hotels allow doggys in for meals in Irvinestown just few minutes away in the car. Cleanliness Pigeon Brae 100 per cent. Great place to stay. Hosts Fantastic Friendly people Go Above and Beyond. Also great welcome hamper to get you set up, bread, eggs, butter, milk, orange juice, tea, coffee and bananas.

There was a hamper left that was great
Not being able to control our own heating .The host had full control off that .Yes she was on sight so could of emailed her to turn it .No enclosed garden for our Dog.Only 2 TV chanels worked but maybe that should be expected. I didn't like there was an external door connecting just to the hosts property.
