Clean, great shower, very powerful. Comfy bed, great location for the train and bus station- my flight was going from Porto so I caught an early morning bus from Santiago.
Nothing it was comfortable.

Easy and fast to self check-in. Close to a public thermal bath, restaurants and a supermarket.
For some reason the radiator in our room was full blasting and when we arrived, the room was more than 30 degrees and we had to spend the next few hours to cool the place down.

It was modern and clean
There's only one toilet in the bathroom for 10 people. It was very uncomfortable not being able to use the toilet when needed because the bathroom was busy
