Really near to town area.
Parking space a bit hard to find

Location and clean toilet with high water pressure.
Slightly narrow space for praying but not too bad.
No proper desk for working with laptop and books.

Near to all eateries,Taming Sari Tower, the river cruise the weekend night markets and 2 Malls.
For my experience,I not many restaurants do breakfast around the hotel I stayed.most of the restaurant sell rice, noodles and more rice and a malacca favourite dish call “Assam Pedas”.

Good location.
Felt a little run down. The WiFi upstairs was not great (I wasn't the only person to mention this). The person on the counter was not very helpful with this as his advice was 'most people just use their SIM data'. They could improve this with a few changes to their network (change channels and relocate the routers)
