De ligging in het centrum met zeezicht, de Wifi die goed werkt en het contact (via app) met de host. Ook was het appartement schoon.
De accommodatie is zeer zeer dringend toe aan een grondige opknapbeurt! Op de foto’s op Booking ziet het er oké uit, maar in werkelijkheid zijn veel zaken erg verouderd, kapot, beschadigd, wankel etc. We vonden het absoluut niet de prijs waard (ruim € 500 voor 3 nachten). Ook de uitkijk vanaf het terras (met wankele tafel) is erg triest. Het appartement ligt bovendien in een straatje dat er 40 jaar geleden denk ik erg goed uitzag, maar inmiddels kan alles een lik verf gebruiken, net als het appartement zelf. Het was onze laatste en duurste overnachtingsplek op Sardinië, waardoor we helaas met deze duidelijk mindere ervaring onze vakantie afsloten. Tegen de host zou ik willen zeggen: zorg dat je het appartement opknapt óf de prijs drastisch verlaagt. Dit is wel erg makkelijk geld verdienen!
