Beliggenhed, den smukke solnedgang direkte i soveværelset, direkte adgang til vandreruter, restauranter i nærheden af vandreområderne. Beliggenhed i forhold til større vandre områder Bemærk dog at loftshøjden i lejligheden ikke er så høj.
Internettet er dårligt, da udbyder bruger Caption og derved ryger man af utrolig tit og det er svært at komme på igen.
