Modern and clean apartment with easy check in process and all tools needed for cooking. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Relaxed location in Kutchan not a far drive from ski slopes. Clean and efficient layout with helpful staff (at times). Rates seemed reasonable for Niseko area.
Parking was a 5 minute walk away. Tiny room with bunkbeds. A very basic and kitchen - ok for short stay, but not so good for long stay.

Although small it has everything you need. Small kitchenette, and all kitchenware in good condition. Clean. Great location.
Woken up every single night by someone running laundry machines at 3-4am. I was on the ground floor next to them. It also woke up my friends on the 5th floor. This alone would prevent me from coming back.
