The property is ideally located in Kalamabaka: at the foothill of one of the massive boulders (which has the advantage of being illuminated at night) and with close vire to others. Easy, short drive to all monasteries. To eat in town, we just walked to the city centre. The property has a lovely garden with view to Meteora. The kitchen was well appointed and the area was very calm. The property has air conditioning and the host was very proactive on WhatsApp and the messaging app on Booking.com
The only comment is that the twin bedroom is actually more in a studio type of layout with the living room, than a separate one. Not a problem for our adult children though.

The location is stunning with great views of meteora. Very close (few minutes) to walking path up to the holy trinity monastery (30-40 min walk up the mountain).
5-10 min walk into town for restaurants, not a problem though. Two single beds are in the ‘common area’; good to be aware of.

The location is nice. Very silent and relaxing place. The accommodation is fine only if you pass the city and just want to have somewhere to sleep.
The floor was not clean at all. The hot water was not stable enough so we can have a shower. We had to play between hot water and cold water every 30 sec. The nature of the city is not allowing to go buy coffee early morning so easily so at least a little coffee in a pot would had been nice. Weak wi-fi. Not comfortable for a longer stay.
