We hesitated at first about staying in Palaio Faliro rather than somewhere closer to central Athens, but Constantin’s apartment exceeded every expectation.
The location was ideal for us: within easy walking distance of the seaside, marina, and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center. The tram makes getting around Athens very convenient, while a supermarket is practically next door, Lidl is only a five-minute walk away, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.
The apartment has been beautifully renovated, with real care given to every detail. The beds are very comfortable; both bathrooms work perfectly, with one walk-in shower and one bathtub. We also appreciated the electric shutters, air conditioning in every room, highly practical wardrobes, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the thoughtful touches that make a stay genuinely easy and comfortable. From the first day, we felt at home.
Constantin is an excellent host: attentive, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay.
When we return to Athens, we would happily stay in this apartment again.

Everything - we have enjoyed staying here multiple times and it has been consistently excellent with everything you could need. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, beach, transport and about 15 minutes by taxi to the centre of Athens.

The apartment has fully met our needs. We were there with 5 people, two adults and three kids ranging from 11-16. We had two separate sleeping rooms and another room with two beds, so in total up to 6 people can stay there. A lot of space was available. We stayed there only one night. A nice restaurant was 30 meters away and the beach was in 5 minutes walking distance.
nothing really, the apartment has just no view anywhere and you look into the not so nice neighbourhood of flats, but we were not there for holidays, just to stay another night over before flying out
