Everything, particularly the timely communication from property operators.

Lack of heating in the bedrooms.

The comfort and spaciousness of the house.

It's in a lovely secluded and quiet location, not too far from the shops. We appreciated the firewood supplied and the various condiments in the pantry. Full dryer/washing machine and well equipped kitchen. Overall it was a very comfortable stay

The heated towel racks wouldn't turn on, or perhaps it was the user's fault. There was a dryer we could use for towels, so it wasn't too big of an issue!
