This spacious upstairs 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium has a a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin XL over queen bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and a living/dining area with a gas log fireplace. The unit has recently received multiple upgrades including new floors, carpet, furniture, and much more. 6 people max. This facility has a private stocked lake and heated outdoor swimming pool that is open from mid May – September. It is located one block from the main ski chairlift and is an easy walk to restaurants, the ski area, grocery store and shops. The property is also located on the river and provides walkable river fishing opportunities. The property also features gas and charcoal grills, coin-operated laundry facilities, no contact housekeeping, and wireless internet service. 6 people maximum. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Guests are required to provide a credit card number and sign a renter's responsibility form at the front desk upon check-in in the event that the property is damaged during the stay.

The condo was nice the king bed was very hard.the other bed was good. The only downside was the stairs, I told the man at Caribel all 4of us had bad knees could not do real steep stairs and he said they were not bad; they were really steep so I suggest if you are not in good health do not stay on the top floor. I asked before we got there about fishing in their pond and was informed you don't need a license, which is true but the did not tell me we had to pay $5 a fish.So we bought a one day license and fished at Eagle Rock Lake. We would stay there again as long as it is on the bottom level

Older property in need of modernization. Furniture is worn out and very uncomfortable. Fishing pond should not have a per fish chage. It was the time I had with my brother that made it enjoyable, not the facilities.

This is our first stay at Red River in a condo. We have always stayed at a motel or lodge. Didn't know any better, I guess. We really enjoyed the property and the accommodations were clean and well kept. It is an older property, but still in good shape. We will try to come back next year.

Great condo with its own private pond and close to the public ponds. River is just around the corner. All you need is within walking distance. Older place but very well kept and reminded me of my grandparents camp. Red River is so beautiful!

A nice place to relax with the family and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. My son loved the playground, the pond, and the streams. It was also very quiet and peaceful.

This condo was in an ideal location. It was close enough to walk to the lifts but far enough to be very quiet. The corner spot was especially quiet. It was older but well maintained and well equipped. Perfect for a small family.

We enjoyed our stay here for our first visit to Red River. The property provided all of the kitchen items we needed and there was sufficient space using units 15A and 15B. It’s a beautiful area of red river. We were greeted by a deer when we arrived and as we were leaving saw a Bobcat with her two cubs crossing the river and going up the mountain side. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful time! Place was bigger than we expected. The location was great. It is walkable to shops and the local brewery/restaurant. While there wasn’t AC, the window fans pulled in plenty of cool mountain air. We actually got chilly at night if we left them on. The king bed was a little too stiff for our comfort though.

Great little condo—very comfortable and pleasant. Freshly updated and exactly as pictured. Kitchen is small but very well-equipped. We loved sitting on the balcony. Staff was pleasant and helpful, and housekeeping was prompt to provide towels, etc. We will be back.

Very clean 2nd floor condo. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Master bed is comfortable, my kid didn’t have any complaints about his bed. Deer came by every evening.
