Don't stay there, the host is unreasonable and not competent.

The location

The host and the description. It is basically an airbnb. We indicated an approximate arrival time of 4-5pm, and arrived 40 min late because of a train delay. The host, seeing that at 5 we were not there, went back to her house without saying anything to us. When we arrived we could not enter, so we called the host, who was very rude all the time, and asked us to wait 40 min until she would arrive. She even hung up the call when we went back at night to the apartment and could not open the door, completely crazy and disrespectful.

A warning.

It has the basic facilities you need.

We stayed 3 nights. I would rate higher but the listing is misleading, it states washing machine and air conditioning but these cost extra. Washing is very expensive compared to laundromats at 10 euro. There are signs around the house with various rules and warnings about being fined. Hair on the sheets, as others have mentioned. The shower floods and the grout in the tiles on the floor has holes so the bathroom gets very wet after a shower. And only 1 small bath mat is provided to soak it up. If you are unlucky enough to sleep downstairs, every movement upstairs sounds like stomping. I have never heard such loud footsteps before it sounds like giants walking above you. A camera watches the kitchen. After the first night it was continuously facing our door/ the front door instead of the kitchen which made us feel uncomfortable... In the middle of the first night we were woken by yelling outside our door from the owner. If you don't have a set arrival time, expect to wait 15+ minutes on the street to get into the accomodation.

We had very pleasant stay.

Every things was excellent. Host was excellent, location most excellent, neat and clean specious apartment. We stayed 4 nights and it was excellent. Kitchen was well maintained and equipped.

La localización era buena para el precio.

La limpieza, la gestión de las habitaciones , la intromisión del personal en nuestra habitación porque el armario donde se encontraba el material de higiene del apartamento se encontraba ahí , duchas muy malas e incómodas.

Perfektní lokalita, tajemný velmi starý dům.

Společná koupelna a wc s několika lidmi. Ovšem v časové tísni jsem předem souhlasila.

Był to bardzo awaryjny i spotkaniczny wybór po niemiłym doświadczeniu z noclegiem w innym miejscu. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna mimo ekstremalnie późnego zameldowania - zgubiliśmy się. W miarę spokojna kamienica, super lokalizacja

Adres na booking może nie zgadzać się z faktyczną lokalizacja, uważnie czytać wiadomości od właścicielki :) Jest to mieszkanie dzielone na inne pokoje - może to być minus, ale nam się trafili bardzo mili współlokatorzy.
