La limpieza del lugar ,y la comodidad de las camas así como el tener un mini súper abajo que te permita comprar lo necesario
Que nadie nos puso abrir la cochera para estacionarnos lo bueno es que la calle estaba muy tranquila.

La ubicación del lugar buena, rodeada de varios restaurantes y cercana a sitios de interés, hay fácil acceso al transporte para poder desplazarte a otros lugares
Sin embargo la habitación uno 1, en la que nos quedamos se percibe mucho el ruido de la avenida, le quedarían mejor venatanales que no permitan se filtra tanto ruido de los carros que pasan en al calle y en 2 días no hubo agua caliente, que no hacía mucha falta por el clima pero siempre debe de haber.

The internet and aircon was good and our rooms had a lot of amenities like fridge, toaster and cooker...
Unfortunately, it was extremely noisy in the first night as other hotel guests decided to after party in the common area at 1am. We could not rest at all as they were also very loud the next day. We did ask them to be quiet but they still continued until 2/3 am and had already woken us up at that point plus other guests (who were banging on the walls to complain as well)... There was no hotel staff present to intervene in the first night but when asked they did take care of it the second evening.
Secondly, our room was only cleaned after we requested. We were not sure if this was normal as our previous hostel in Puerto Escondido did provide that service (at half the price). However, they cleaned it very well after we asked.
All in all our experience was that the hotel was quite passive and reactive - we did have to ask for them to enforce their own rules and provide cleaning as advertised. However, when asked they did do it diligently.
