The first floor is a spacious "open space" consisting of a kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the covered south and north terrace, where you can enjoy the shade and light breeze during the day. The front terrace leads to the pool, which is surrounded by a large sun deck. Upstairs there is a gallery with a cozy corner for reading and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house has underfloor heating and is fully air-conditioned. Each room has a separate control for heating or cooling. The combination of nature, traditional elements and modern architecture makes for a pleasant stay. From the house you can quickly reach the town of Krk, which offers a wide range of tourist attractions: Nature with a typical Mediterranean landscape, narrow streets leading to cultural monuments, picturesque pebble beaches that have contributed to the preservation of the appearance of Krk.
