This is a very nice and clean 2019 model Motorhome, only 24 feet in length, very easy to drive, and easy to park. A large space can fit six people, too. Perfect size for family travel or camping. This motorhome also comes with a backup camera, that can help back up to the parking lot or just see who is driving behind your motorhome. Also, this motorhome comes with an outside shower, which is very convenient for washing the dirt off before messing up the inside floor. A 30AMP power connection is standard for all RV camping sites. Also, the surge protector will come with this motorhome. Items come with this motorhome: -30AMP power extension cord and surge protector -Freshwater(city water) hose with water pressure regulator, and Y connector for connecting the other water hose -An Extra water hose to connect Y connector to allow you to use city water outside the RV without disconnecting the RV water hose. -Sewer hose with L connector -Small toolbox with basic tools -Level blocks for leveling the motorhome if the campsite is not leveled. -The Onboard Air pump is easy to inflect the dually. Please ask if you need other items for your trip. Attention: Please, NO SMOKING anytime in the motorhome. We would really appreciate cooking with care if you could keep the inside fresh and smelled fresh. Refresh the inside odors is hard and could be costly. Please Notice Me if any pets are on board. Our kids are allergic to furs. We have to send an RV to do a special clean before the kids come on board; please Please let me know if you plan to bring your pet travel with you on the RV. If you bring a pet and do not tell us before picking up the motorhome, you will receive a charge of $500 after our cleaning crew reports the pet on board to us after you return the motorhome. This is a pet-friendly motorhome, but you have to let us know you will bring the pet on board, and pay the pet fees; also, Please do not allow your pet on the beds or any seats. It is really hard to clean the furs or odor from the beds or seats. This motorhome is not designed for off-road or unpaved-road, please DO NOT Off-road or drive to an unpaved-road.
