The staff are very considerate, reply promptly and help resolve issues when they arise.
I feel very lucky to find this place whilst visiting Krakow for the first time. My overall experience has been very pleasant and I would highly recommend to others.
I didnt like the people above as they were very noisy, but i contacted the staff and within 24 hours it was sorted.

Location was a few minutes away from Kraków centre, attractions and easy access to public transport if needed. The accomadation was excellent value for money, it was clean, quiet and comfortable for our 4 night stay. The cafe literally 10 steps from exiting the building caters for all your breakfast and brunch needs, the food was lovely
As we were on the ground floor of an apartment block, the view from our window was of the inside of the building so not aesthetically pleasing but not a major issue as we were here to see the many views that the city offered. I would say the room was on the smaller side but not an issue for us on our trip.
