The staff is friendly and helpful all the time. The rooms and pool are clean and neat. Sib and Sharif were always there to assist me with any kind of questions. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

The location of the hotel is super convenient and in a very beautiful place. I have fond memories of Al Jadaf having stayed in another hotel nearby.
Considering that we stayed for 2 weeks, I expected the room cleaning to be frequent and thorough but housekeeping was only done once despite the promise of twice per week? I genuinely feel that a lot still needs to be improved without going into much detail. Some of the hotel policies were slightly archaic in my book.
