Situated in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, this attractive house for $607 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Contact me for a precise quote which may vary depending on the total number of occupants and the length of the rental. Ideal for family celebration, reunion of friends, or quiet group of up to 10 adults (and 2 children) MAXIMUM. Sorry, no wedding possible on site, no disco evenings with sound system ... Except July and August, possibility of hiring for the weekends; two night minimum. If you are in the vicinity of Avignon, come and visit our house by appointment to get an idea !!! We are available and very often on site. Large house in the countryside, but only 5 km from the city center of Avignon! A large family or a group of friends; find yourself in our large house located in the countryside ... but in the city of Avignon. Ideally located 5 km from the Place de l'Horloge, that is to say from the heart of Avignon and its Palais des Papes, our cottage classified as Meublé de Tourisme is located in a quiet countryside on the island de la Barthelasse (near the equestrian center), in the middle of the Rhône (largest river island in Europe, 700ha; did you know?). We therefore propose to rent you our dwelling house composed of five fully renovated bedrooms with two terraces, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, internet that goes without saying. This is our main residence, and we stay next door with our neighbors during rentals! Outside, you can enjoy a large 9000m² wooded land at your leisure. In fine weather, a large private 60m² swimming pool awaits you (12m x 5m; gentle slope on 1/3, then depth 1.30m). It is completely secured by an automatic electric roller shutter (to NF standards). The swimming pool with its "beach" formula is perfectly suited for young children and babies. It has been very successful (see last issue of the magazine "Ambiance Piscines" page 71, and go dreaming about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D57IN_t3gt4 FORGE ADOUR gas plancha available, also charcoal barbecue for those who prefer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc ... FREE BIKES possible on request, Possibility of renting only a few rooms if there are few of you; prices on request. Also know that our cat Piano, very sociable and cuddly, will keep you company during your stay. No other animals tolerated on site, even passing through, sorry. Please note that you will be asked for a minimum deposit of 2000 €. PLEASE NOTE: this will not be returned if the number of holidaymakers provided for in the contract is exceeded, day or night, without request and prior written consent upon arrival! For the good preservation of our house, we are uncompromising on this; thank you for your understanding. For your comfort and safety, the accesses and exterior surroundings of the house are under video surveillance. Visible cameras monitor the entire parking area as well as the main entrance door. Ask us for a precise price. All our prices are negotiable and decreasing according to the duration, the number of people and the planned activities. We are waiting for you. We were a party of seven, with a mixture of adults and children. Franck and Ghis took time before we arrived to understand our needs and make sure the house was set up for us. The house itself is set in beautiful grounds and decorated to a very high standard, with everything we needed. We had a very relaxing time. The island itself is quite quiet, but there is a restaurant within a short walk of the house and Avignon is a short drive away. Supermarkets are a little further, but not too far, and there is a farm shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables close by.

An amazing property in a perfect location. Franck and Ghis could not have been better hosts. House very well equipped and comfortable . Easy to reach via Eurostar with just a short car journey to the property. A truly relaxing week .

Aangenaam ruime vakantiewoning voorzien van alle comfort voor een zorgeloze vakantie. Goed verzorgd zwembad met luxueuze ligstoelen en parasols in een grote tuin met fruitbomen. Uitgeruste grote keuken. Perfect verblijf voor twee gezinnen met kinderen vanaf 8 jaar of vijf koppels. Op een rustige, landelijke locatie op slechts enkele minuutjes van het centrum van Avignon. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis of om ter plekke te blijven.

This is an excellent property which was large enough for two families. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The pool and grounds were perfect and plenty of room for children to play.

For our first visit in France, touring for 6 months with our family, this has been so far one of the best places where we have been staying. Everything is perfectly as described on the website, and the pool is indeed fantastic, especially with young children. We totally recommend this house, and don't hesitate to contact Franck the owner : he speaks fluent english, and knows how to satisfy your needs (he works in the tourism industry and used to run a lodge in Africa ...) We loved this place, and would have extended our stay if we didn't have a scheduled program. Thanks again Franck, and Ghis.

Franck and Ghis were truly amazing hosts. Our family of four stayed at their home for five days in late August, enjoying relaxed mornings in the pool and visiting the sights around Avignon in the afternoons and evenings. They have a wonderful property with an enormous lawn and orchards, and the home is very comfortable. They set us up with everything we needed and were extremely flexible and helpful. Their home is a great place to spend time and also a perfect base from which to explore beautiful Provence. We are certain to return. Highly recommended!

Thanks to our hosts so nice and helpful. You garden, or should I say park is wonderful, and the swimming pool magnificent. We would like to book again for one week next year ; we found a great adress, we shall keep it ! And Provence is so exotic... Great summer Bob & Rachael

We were a group of 7 adults (Russians/ Italians) visiting Provence during New Year holidays! The house is in impeccable condition, the photos on the website do not reflect the complete beauty of the place and surroundings. Very comfortable rooms and beds, nice owners who look after the property well. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Provence. We used this location to visit Avignon, Les beaux de Provence, Arles, Orange, Marseille. I have no reservations in recommending this place, 5 star place really!
